Callie S. Reynolds
Intake, records requests, civil rights case development
Callie S. Reynolds is a paralegal at MSGF, where she supports civil rights and prison-conditions matters from intake through discovery. She works with prospective clients and the attorney team to screen new inquiries, coordinates open-records requests with the Georgia Department of Corrections and other agencies, and arranges legal calls, legal visits, and depositions. She also reviews medical records, tracks pre-suit deadlines, and maintains case materials in the firm’s case-management system.
Callie joined Mitchell Shapiro Greenamyre & Funt in September 2023. She holds a B.S. in Biology, with a minor in English, from the University of Georgia and a paralegal certificate from the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education. Before joining MSGF, she worked as a paralegal in construction litigation and intellectual-property practice, and earlier supported personal-injury matters through medical-record review and client communication. Her background in biology and medical records informs her work on cases involving medical care and injury.
